Eli and Hannah were transparent, professional and kind in answering all my questions before, during and after my visit to their facility. They are so welcoming and allowed me all the time I desired to get to know my future horse. They assisted in arranging a PPE and accommodated my shipper’s schedule. All through the process they were so honest, supportive and generous. With their help and direction I purchased my dream horse and made new friends in the process. They were inviting and so transparent about their horses. Eli helped me find the perfect horse (Denali) that fit my needs. He spent time with me working with Denali. I would like to take a moment to share about my incredible experience at Silvercrest Equine. I was unexpectedly and delightfully led to this facility through Torie Bonsack. I was welcomed by the warm and friendly owners, Eli and Hannah Stutzman. Often a new barn is an awkward experience, but that was not the vibe here. When I met Torie and the Stutzmans, I immediately knew that I would be safely guided on an unknown horse that I grew to adore. He was young, but I never would’ve known that due to the owners’ exceptional training. The horses are so well-trained that their small children can hop on anytime without fear. And Torie is an extremely knowledgeable bronze and silver medalist who has shared many missing parts of training that I did not receive in my many years of training. With Torie, I have learned by watching and doing. She does not set the timer during my lesson and does not quit or allow me to quit until the objective is met. She is a classicist with excellent traditional training necessary to excel through the levels. No stone is left unturned. The minutiae matter. Torie is also very positive in all situations, for better or worse. She finds the good in all rides and offers video documentation. I could say so much about this facility, but in a word, I want to whole heartedly recommend this wonderful atmosphere. You will not regret your choice and will look forward to your next ride.
